If you already have a complete magnet drawing, send it directly for manufacturability and quotation review. If the specification is still being developed, share the product function, available space, target holding or operating requirement, working temperature, environment and expected quantity.
We will identify the information needed for the next step. This may include a recommended NdFeB grade, magnetization direction, coating, dimensional tolerance or a small adjustment that improves production reliability. What information should I send for a quotation?
A drawing is ideal. If one is not available, send the shape, dimensions, application, target force or performance, working temperature, coating preference and estimated prototype and production quantities. Photos or an assembly sketch can also help.
Can Nexal support prototypes before mass production?
Yes. Prototype feasibility depends on the geometry, grade, coating and tooling requirements, but we can review the most practical sampling route and explain what can be validated before production.
Can you recommend the magnet grade and coating?
Yes. Tell us the application, temperature, exposure to moisture or chemicals, expected service life and assembly method. We can recommend suitable options, while final performance should be verified in the complete product or magnetic circuit.
